Cold is something which one ignores for a long time unless one day you decide to see a doctor to figure out - - why so frequent ?

The same happened to me. On a day when my family is going through thick and they need my support, I'm sneezing over & over all over the place. Just then I think damn I had cold last week & last to last week as well -- still not cured even after taking self medication so many times !

Opened Practo at once & searched for doctors near me & saw Dr. Sankarshana V T 's name pop up very near to my place. I decided to book an appointment.

Reached clinic and met Dr. Shankar, ** ** ******** ***** * *** ****** ** *** **** ********* ** *** *** ******* ******* a very good human being as well. A doc who uses social media to its best, asked me to get the blood test & scan done & found the root cause in place of giving mediocre cough & cold medicine. I'm grateful to him for help me out.

He does not prescribed any medicine unless it is really required.

Generic medicine which are easily available.

Great to see such humble and knowledgeable Dr. still exists.

gentleman doctor. saw me at short notice. was having severe breathing problem due to dust allergy. guided me to the right procedure and clinic for immediate care and relief. did not charge any fees since there was no prescription needed from his side.

Consulted the doctor post booking an appointment through Practo. He gave a very patient hearing and delved deep into the persistent problems i was facing and suggested a few tests. Post findings he even recommended me to another doctor under whom I am undergoing treatment now.

During this whole course he was very prompt in messaging/answering queries,even calling me up at times to check how i was doing. My experience with him was very satisfactory and I will highly recommend him.

Never ever go to this doctor . i was having ear pain and it was watering a lot . after surfing in net i went to this doctor . As one of the reviewer has mentioned here he did exactly the same thing with me .

He asked me where i am working and after he came to know that i am in to IT he asked me undergo a test which costed me Rs 3000 . ** *** **** **** . Also the annoying part was he would ask you to go to Cluemax diagnostic center whom he has a tied up with . Also when i reached there the lady who was present at the cash counter would called the doctor and informed him that i had come and undergoing the test . so that he would be aware about it and latter he would get his share from center . These doctor have crossed all levels of greediness . They have no humanity no ethics left . simple they are making money in india ** ****** *** ****** ***** **** ****** ****** ***** ** *********** ****** *

Upon reaching there, the doctor asked for the problems i was facing. Then he did some inspection.

Evrything looked good so far.

Then he asked for where I were working.

As soon as he came to know I was in IT, there was a smile on his face. I should have left by then only.

Then he refered me to do a CT PNS at some poor diagnostics center where they were charging 3000/- for it.

I was lucky enough. Because that day the CT machine was not functional. But then the doctor called me and insisted to wait till evening for the machine to be operational and do the scan there only. But my condition was worse. So I asked for a refund and went to another place for treatment.

Also the meds he predscribed shouldn't be taken at initial stage(I came to know later)

All it seems like a bussiness only.

So please avoid this place or even if you consult, then don't tell you're from IT.

I went for throat Problem .... he asking me to take MRI for spain , I took MRI and the cost was 10,000 and he asking me to go neurologist to show the Report , and main concern is he told the MRI is not related to My throat Problem .

and He is not a good Dr. for IT people

if any one going to meet the Dr. pls dont tell u r from IT .he will asking to take MRI or CT for your spain....

Sir, was very quick to diagnose the problem and the timeline of 2 days that was given it took exactly the same days to arrest the issue. Sir, not only put me on medication to solve the issue in hand but also prescribed me medicine for permanent solution. Though this was the first interaction however I never got a sense that my case is being treated as a one time affair considering the time and guidance given. Thanks Sir.

Dr. Sankarsan is not just a doctor, but also a mentor. His primary and only concern is patients' well being. He explains issues, and treatment methods very well and instills confidence in patients. He goes out of his way to help patients, which is very uncommon if not absent in this era of money driven service. I was diagnosed with a very rare vocal disorder. When no other doctor could diagnose or offer treatment, he pointed me to the right solution and I got cured.

He is just more than awesome, a seasoned storyteller who can hush away any fear. Explained me several ways in which I could possibly stay healthy. Went for hoarse throat, now under medication. Hope, the medicines will bring relief. Surely visit him for any ENT problem
